What shall I say. It’s a typical market. Some areas are pretty chaotic and have lots of people like the flower area, others are pretty chill. From the other reviews I thought it would be much more hectic and more dirty, but in the end it was actually quite the opposite.
Good place for Vegetables, Flowers and other daily needs. Price is lesser compared to outside retail stores. Heavy crowd after 10.30am and Evening.

all vendors should make sure to keep their stuff inside the shop and sell, each and every body covred the walking place , very difficult to walk, we have dash one another while crossing, for ladies and girls very hard. they have a market president placed, please make sure all are sells from inside the shop, by not occupying the customers waling place.
This is one of the oldest markets I have ever visited, it can be very crowded inside. The shops inside the market give you that vintage feel. The market is very colorful with loads of flowers, fruits and vegetables nicely organised, decorated inside the small shops. If you want to explore the beauty of Mysore, this market should not be missed even if you don't have to buy anything.
I recently visited Debaraja market mainly to purchase intense sticks, and I must say that I was quite pleased with my experience. The best thing about the sticks was that they were incredibly cheap, costing only 40 rupees for a pack of 140 sticks. As I needed quite a few, I ended up buying 14 packets, and the seller was kind enough to reduce the price to 35 rupees each, which was an added bonus.
Apart from the sticks, I also bought some perfume, and the overall shopping experience was quite enjoyable. The market had a good variety of products, and I found everything I was looking for without any hassle. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the products was also decent.
